Aplication of rights

In case of legal procedures in which Lá e Cá is an interested party, only Dutch law is applicable, even if the customer is living abroad.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website and/or placing an order you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Unless specifically agreed between Lá e Cá and you, the customer, no other terms and conditions will apply.

Lá e Cá may change these terms without noticing you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

An agreement will be reached by an order-confirmation sent by email to the customer by Lá e Cá.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from the product being unavailable from stock or our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.

Our products are often home-made by independent craftsmen and can therefore differ from each other, making every product unique. Slight nicks and scratches are possible but serve to add to the products charm and uniqueness.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

 

Purchase of products

WEBSHOP: - Netherlands rates: Prices are mentioned in Euro's. Transportation costs will be €7,50;

- International rates: Different countries different rates, for non-Netherlands deliveries, please send us your request to the email address  info@la-e-ca.com.

WHOLESALE: minimum order amount is €500. Prices are in Euro’s ex VAT and ex transportation costs.

 At the moment we use Ideal as payment method and it does not require you to sign up or share your card details.

If you rather place your order over the phone or by email please call us on +31(0)641795359 or mail us at info@la-e-ca.com ,we will be happy to help out.

 After receiving the payment, the order (if available) will be dispatched within 5 working-days by parcel post.

If there has been no payment received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All products remain property of Lá e Cá until the customer has fulfilled the agreement.

 We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

 

Shipping and Delivery

If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing us at info@la-e-ca.com and we will try our hardest to meet it.

If you want, you can also pick up the ordered items in Goes or we can also bring them to you. Send us an email to info@la-eca.com or call us at +31641795359 and we will arrange the best way to do it!

Cost of transport or postal charges will be listed on the order-confirmation by Lá e Cá.

 Lá e Cá cannot be held responsible for damages to the products or loss of products during transport or forwarding post. If there is any proven responsibility for damages by (Lá e Cá) then the maximum compensation to be claimed will be the amount of the order.

 Lá e Cá is not responsible for late delivery by transport-companies or postal services.

 

Customs and Sales Taxes

If your order is to be delivered outside of the EU your order may incur import duty and local sales tax, for which you are liable.

 

Returns

Lá e Cá has made every effort to inform customers as accurately as possible about their products. Our products are mostly handicraft and handmade and can therefore differ from each other. They are mostly unique pieces. Small nicks and scratches are part of the products' charm, and cannot be seen as a lesser quality.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or if you have changed your mind, any product can be sent back for an exchange or full refund within our 14 day returns and exchange period (which starts the day after you receive your order).

Before sending back the products please email us to notify your return request.

Any returned item must be sent back in the same perfect, saleable condition in which it was received. However please note that any postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer’s cost.

The amount paid will be refunded within 30 days.

Reduced articles cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Faulty goods or goods sent by mistake 

If you have received any faulty item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know as soon as possible at info@la-e-ca.com and we will rectify the situation.

 

Force majeure

In case of force majeure, Lá e Cá cannot be held responsible.

 Lá e Cá cannot be held to any agreement with a customer or potential customer, if they are hindered by situations not to be blamed on Lá e Cá or causes beyond their control.

Lá e Cá can mediate between a customer and for instance a tiler, but will have no responsibility for the quality of work or the price quoted.

  

Complaints and responsibilities

 Before dispatching, all products will be meticulously checked by Lá e Cá. Should there nevertheless be reason for a complaint about a product please email Lá e Cá, info@la-e-ca.com explaining the complaint. Lá e Cá will react by telephone or email.

 Lá e Cá will consider if the complaint is just, in that case we will refund at most the amount paid including the transport costs.

Lá eCá cannot be held responsible for wrongful use of one of their products.

Lá e Cá cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages occurring in any way after the products have been delivered. This applies to the customer as well as any third parties.

  

Privacy

Lá e Cá does not disclose or share any customer information with any third party. Any information collected as part of processing an order is stored securely.
